Featured Market Area
The successful land development project balances aesthetics, good design, sustainability and economics. Making that vision a reality requires solid design practices that result in cost-effective solutions. Edwards and Kelcey's knowledgeable staff of civil engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental planners, and construction specialists applies that level of expertise to projects ranging from single commercial pad sites to large campus build-outs. EK professionals are experienced in successful site layout and engineering, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility infrastructure design, and other key areas of land development design.

Site/Civil Engineering For Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital

Edwards and Kelcey prepared contract documents for three separate phases of the project. Phase I included the demolition of a four-story masonry dormitory building. In Phase 2, EK prepared contract documents for the relocation of roadway to define the project area. The final Phase involved preparing site/civil documents for the construction of an internal roadway network, parking lots for more than 600 vehicles, a recreation area and a police and horticultural facility. EK worked with a multi-disciplinary team to exceed the scheduling expectations of the NJEDA for the facility’s much-needed reconstruction. [more...]
