Civil
engineering design includes site engineering, drainage design, traffic
engineering, pavements and earthworks, and permitting. Edwards and
Kelcey provides these services on large civil engineering projects
such as highways and airports, as well as in support of facilities
projects, as in site design and permitting for development of a
building complex.
Our staff of civil engineers
has provided a broad range of services to federal agencies, including
studies for the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA),
flood control and surveys for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
transportation projects for the Department of Transportation, airport
design for the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department
of Defense, site design for the U.S. Postal Service, and value engineering
studies for the Department of the Navy and other agencies.
