The Edwards and Kelcey interactive web site database gives our clients access to real-time reports with up-to the-minute inspection schedules, issuance of trouble tickets, authorization of work estimates, reviews of budget spending trends, and digital inspection photography.

We provide compound, shelter, and tower inspection and maintenance (I/M) services. Compound I/M services include the provision of emergency back-up power, fence/gate installation, foliage control, and grading and water runoff services. With our shelter I/M services, we detect and correct problems before they become a nuisance to either the exterior or interior of shelters. We check for signs of mold or mildew, the invasion of pests, evidence of water damage, and harm to walls, flooring and roofs. Shelter I/M services also include examination of lighting and external seals, and inspection and replacement of weather stripping, caulk, and cable connections.

Among our tower I/M services are the installation and maintenance of grounding systems, connectors, coax and waveguide, lighting and side markers, ice bridges, down tilts, antennas, jumpers, array platforms, cables, azimuths, and guy wire tensioning.
