projects for the Long Island Rail Road . EK participated on all
three of these projects as a joint venture partner with the contractors.
Edwards and Kelcey as the sponsor of the joint venture was
responsible for the design and construction of New Jersey Transit's
Rail Operation Center Communications Link, a SONET/ATM network,
that provides a seamless and robust communications system to support
NJ Transit's critical railroad operations.
